Cynical Publius on the Samuel Moyn clip: wide dissemination, please — so regular Americans see how batshit crazy our law schools (and the legal profession) actually are. The guy with the glasses is a tenured Yale Law professor. He argues parents shouldn't speak for their kids; young adults and "experts" should. Publius: destroy the family as the building block, replace it with the State — Hitler, Stalin, and Mao ran that play. Douthat already called the 24-year-old-college-grad version absurd. Sex is real.
