Sen. Rand Paul: tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. Senate Homeland Security votes on holding Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress. Last week he took the Fifth over a hundred times under subpoena — after a presidential pardon and after giving an opening statement. Paul says the privilege doesn’t hold. The Science stalled. Congress votes.
HAS ANYONE TOLD HER ABOUT WISCONSIN?...
View post on X
Francesca Hong — Wisconsin Dem for governor, last seen calling Thanksgiving “incredibly painful” — now describes having a half-white son as “being in proximity to whiteness.” Terry Schilling: apparently she hates white people, especially older white people. Has anyone told her about Wisconsin? The state she’s running in?

TRUMP TO LEBRON — ANY DESIRE TO BE A WOMAN?...
Donald Trump: if he coached in the WNBA, he’d ask LeBron if he has “any desire to be a woman.” The room laughs because everyone knows the punchline. Men don’t belong in women’s sports. Sex is real. Watch.
LANKFORD AND LEE CUT FEDERAL CASH FOR TRANS RESEARCH ON KIDS...
Senators James Lankford (R-OK) and Mike Lee (R-UT) introduced the Protecting Our Kids from Harmful Research Act — no more federal dollars for research or publications that promote gender transitions for minors. Co-sponsors: Cruz, Daines, Blackburn, Lummis. Endorsed by Students for Life Action and the American Principles Project. Lee: “Why is the federal bureaucracy in the child mutilation business?” Trump halted the grants. This bill makes the ban permanent. Sex is real. Kids aren’t lab rats. Lankford →

NEARLY HALF OF YOUNG MEN FEEL LIKE FAILURES...
Institute for Family Studies / YouGov surveyed 2,000 U.S. men ages 18–29. 46% of men 18–23 say “I am inclined to think that I am a failure” describes them at least somewhat — 38% of men 24–29. Only 32% of 18–29 reject the label. This is not a manosphere fever dream. Unmarried men: 68% still desire marriage. Childless men: 62% want to be fathers. 89% say manhood requires willingness to sacrifice for others. They want work, wives, kids, responsibility — the path got cut. Family Brief will feature this series regularly. IFS Part I → · Part II →
CALL YOUR SENATOR — SUPPORT THE SCREEN ACT TODAY...
View post on X
Terry Schilling: age verification could be one of the best wins for the American family in decades — which is appropriate, because it's been decades since we've done anything. We are so close. Call your senator and ask them to support the SCREEN Act today. APP's February 2026 Cygnal poll: 81% back porn age verification, 66% strongly. Kids first. The Hill →

GUY PREDICTS CHATGPT WILL GO BANKRUPT...
View post on X
Guy predicts ChatGPT will go bankrupt. Ed Zitron's hypothesis: OpenAI collapses in 12–24 months unless it raises more funding than in the history of the Valley — and invents an entirely new form of AI. More money than has ever been raised. Burn rate vs. history. The AI bubble's quiet math. WheresYouEd →
THIS IS HOW CRAZY OUR LAW SCHOOLS ACTUALLY ARE...
View post on X
Cynical Publius on the Samuel Moyn clip: wide dissemination, please — so regular Americans see how batshit crazy our law schools (and the legal profession) actually are. The guy with the glasses is a tenured Yale Law professor. He argues parents shouldn't speak for their kids; young adults and "experts" should. Publius: destroy the family as the building block, replace it with the State — Hitler, Stalin, and Mao ran that play. Douthat already called the 24-year-old-college-grad version absurd. Sex is real. So is the family. Watch.

Ugh. What is the point? A transgender player — Julie Tétart — is dominating France's second-tier women's basketball league: 21 points and 20 rebounds a night, sweeping Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Domestic Player of the Year. Asked about the WNBA: "I won't say no." Sex is real. Men don't belong in women's basketball — in France or here.
THIS IS A REAL VIDEO — BUFFALO RIDES IN JFK'S INAUGURAL PARADE...
This is a real video. January 20, 1961 — rodeo clown and stuntman Buddy Heaton rides his trained American bison, Old Grunter, into President John F. Kennedy's inaugural parade. Uninvited. Nearly draws Secret Service fire before Kennedy waves them over to chat. America used to have a sense of humor — and a buffalo in the procession.
THE CAMBRIDGE SCHOLAR WHO MADE UP HIS RESUME...
Also: the Cambridge scholar who made up his entire resume and life story. Jason Arday — Cambridge's youngest black professor, sociology of education — listed visiting posts Ohio State, Glasgow, and Durham on his official bio. Ohio State: "We have no record of an employee by that name." Glasgow: he "isn't a visiting professor" there. Durham: no formal position now.
That sits on top of plagiarism accusations — more than 100 passages in his PhD thesis looking lifted from another student's work. The awarding school cleared him. The resume still doesn't. Elite academia will forgive almost anything except getting caught without the right story. NY Post →
YES, IN AMERICA — POLICE COMMISSIONER WAS THE GETAWAY DRIVER...
Yes, in America: a police commissioner drove the car for her son's drive-by shooting. Mount Vernon Deputy Police Commissioner Jennifer Lackard, 49, and her ex-con husband chaperoned their 20-year-old son Chase to a botched hit outside Bronx Criminal Court on June 29 — then mom took the wheel as getaway driver, sources and an indictment say.
Parents in the front of the family Chrysler Pacifica. Son in back with a semiautomatic, firing at rival-gang members and missing. Seat swaps. Clothes change. Text coaching from mom on how to time it. She was arrested Tuesday morning, held on $75,000 bail, and fired from her $138,000 wellness-unit post hours later. Attempted murder. Conspiracy. Reckless endangerment. The badge was never a character reference. NY Post →
