RECORDS EXPOSE PLANNED PARENTHOOD'S 14-POINT PLAYBOOK FOR STATE AGs TO TARGET PRO-LIFERS...
One month after Dobbs, Planned Parenthood handed Democrat attorneys general a 14-point plan to go after crisis pregnancy centers — the places that give expecting moms care, food, clothing, and shelter — and the AGs ran the plays, according to records the Daily Signal pulled from Wisconsin AG Josh Kaul's office. Consumer alerts branding CPCs "misinformation" (Ellison delivered within a month), FTC referrals, state FACE Act enforcement, AG opinions asserting minors can consent to abortion, and legal task forces in Arizona, California, New Jersey, and New York.
New Jersey's Matthew Platkin went furthest — subpoenaing a pregnancy center for the names, addresses, and employers of every donor, a move the Supreme Court unanimously shut down this April as a First Amendment violation. The memo traveled through the Progressive State Leaders Committee, a "nonprofit" with no paid staff that shares an address with the Democratic AGs Association. Their own complaint tells the story: pregnancy centers outnumber abortion clinics 3-to-1. That's the pro-life movement winning on the ground — and Big Abortion weaponizing state law enforcement to stop it.
