Ofcom just launched a formal investigation into TikTok for failing to protect kids and enforce age verification. Americans are way ahead: 83% back app-store age checks and 81% want porn age gates, with 66% strongly in favor — the highest-intensity issue in APP's February 2026 national poll. Parents refuse to let platforms flood their children's phones with hyper-sexualized content that robs them of innocence. Age verification laws now cover 24 states and survived Supreme Court review. Lead with child safety or get left behind.
