META WORKERS SUE AFTER AI LAYOFFS HIT PARENTAL LEAVE...
Meta employees filed suit claiming the company used parental leave status as a filter to select workers for AI-driven layoffs. The suit accuses Meta of targeting parents who took time for newborns or family care while slashing headcount. Big Tech talks family values but punishes moms and dads who step up for their kids. If Meta wants pro-family credit it should stop treating parental leave as a layoff shortcut.
