Mounting pressure is building for Reconciliation 3.0. The package is expected to deliver another round of defunding for big abortion. Sen. Ted Budd introduced the Promoting Human Flourishing in Foreign Assistance Act to advance the fight. This targets taxpayer dollars flowing to abortion overseas and at home.
