The Senate Armed Services Committee finished its markup of the FY27 NDAA. The bill now heads to the floor with APP-backed provisions that bar men from women's sports and private spaces at the Military Service Academies, DOD-run primary and secondary schools, and Department of Defense Education Activity schools. This locks in concrete protections for female cadets, students, and athletes under Pentagon authority.
