SENATE ARMED SERVICES COMMITTEE COMPLETED ITS MARKUP PROCESS OF THE FY 27 NDAA LAST WEEK AND...
The Senate Armed Services Committee finished its markup of the FY27 NDAA. The bill now heads to the floor with APP-driven provisions that bar men from women's sports and private spaces at the Military Service Academies, DOD-run primary and secondary schools, and Department of Defense Education Activity schools. This locks in concrete protections for female athletes and students on military bases and in DoD schools.
