Indiana Republican Senator Jim Banks introduced the SAFE for Kids Act to force adult websites to verify ages and block minors from porn. APP helped drive the national push that already secured age verification laws in 24 states. SCOTUS upheld Texas's version 6-3 last June. APP's February 2026 Cygnal poll shows 81% of voters back porn age verification with 66% strongly in favor.
