Two Texas GOP candidates for Attorney General and Railroad Commission just got served with a setback. Several South Carolina Republican state senators blocked key legislation last week. The move stalls protections families demanded on age verification for porn sites and app stores. SCOTUS already upheld Texas' law 6-3 in 2025. APP's February 2026 poll shows 81% of voters back porn age verification with 66% strongly in favor.
