The House passed its budget resolution this week. The move clears the path for a Reconciliation 2.0 vote that still only funds ICE and CBP. Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Leader John Thune are pushing for a third reconciliation bill locked to fiscal year 2027 appropriations.
