West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey signed age verification legislation into law. The measure forces porn sites to check ages before letting kids access their content. APP has driven the fight — 24 states now have these laws on the books. SCOTUS upheld Texas's version 6-3 last June. APP's February 2026 Cygnal poll shows 81% of voters back porn age verification, with 66% strongly in favor.
