Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers killed a bill that would have required age checks before kids could access hardcore porn sites. Wisconsin Family Action called it straight: Evers chose the porn industry over protecting Wisconsin children. APP's February 2026 Cygnal poll shows 81% of Americans back porn age verification — with 66% strongly supporting it. The fight continues in 24 states that already passed these laws, and SCOTUS upheld Texas' version 6-3 last year.
