The App Store Accountability Act and the SCREEN Act just cleared committee and now head to a House floor vote as part of the KIDS Act. These bills force app stores to verify ages and block kids from downloading hyper-sexualized apps and porn. SCOTUS already upheld Texas age verification 6-3 last year. APP's February 2026 Cygnal poll shows 83% of voters back app store age checks — 86% of Republicans, 80% of Democrats, 81% of Independents.
